Sponsored Projects Accounting (SPA) has recently noticed an increased frequency of checks being delivered to incorrect University addresses and offices. The University is required to provide payment remittance information to sponsors so that payments can be made to Pitt for sponsored projects. The following remittance address should be provided to sponsors or incorporated into sponsored project agreements:

Sponsors utilizing ACH or other electronic remittance options should be directed to SPA at fiscalofficer@cfo.pitt.edu for provision and verification of banking information.
Including the correct address in sponsored project agreements (ex: FDP Subaward Attachment 3B) will ensure checks mailed to the University are sent to the correct location for quick and secure deposit.
