All requests and supporting documents for award approval and acceptance should be submitted to the Office of Sponsored Programs (OR) as soon as possible after an award document (i.e. Notice of Award, contract, grant agreement) has been received from the Sponsor.  Receiving all of the award documentation in a timely manner allows the OR to review, and if needed, negotiate terms with the Sponsor, as quickly as possible to prevent project delays.
