Limited Submissions are funding opportunities in which the sponsoring agency restricts the number or type of applications that can be submitted from an institution. All limited submissions, whether an LOI, concept paper, white paper, nomination, or full proposal, must go through the University’s limited submissions process. Failure to follow this procedure may disqualify individual applications and lead to the sponsoring agency rejecting all University submissions.
Please contact researchdev@pitt.edu with any questions about the limited submissions process.
