Award Modification Requests (AMRs) in PERIS™ MyFunding to increase or decrease the sponsor’s authorized budget amount must be approved in MyFunding before an entry in the new online Research BMR is submitted to reallocate the account funds.
To streamline the activation process, each funding increase activity will have its own Budget Allocation reconciled to subcode 8130. Decreases in existing funding are the only events that will require updating the existing budget allocation in MyFunding.
