Projects with many collaborating sites can often require many separate but similar agreements for each partner (ex: Data Use Agreements or outgoing subawards) to be issued and executed at the same time (bulk agreements).
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) can partner with Pitt investigators and department administrators to develop a plan and strategy that will allow bulk agreements to be processed and issued as quickly as possible. Please reach out to your assigned OSP Processing Team early to request a meeting to discuss the best approach to processing the agreements and keeping the project team informed throughout the process.
