When requesting subaward (SWD) amendments in MyRA, confirm that all information carried over from the original SWD record is current and correct, including subrecipient contact information, and make any necessary changes throughout the record.
Below is additional guidance for specific MyRA data fields:
- Additional Funding this Action: Enter only the amount added by the current amendment. Use “0” if no funds are added, and a negative number if funds are being deobligated.
- Carryover Funds: Do not include carryover in “Additional Funding.” Leave the carryover field blank if it is automatic; otherwise, enter only the approved amount.
- Total Obligated to Date: This field should reflect all funding obligated to date, including the current amendment—but exclude carryover, since it is already included in prior periods.
