Include all pertinent information when submitting Award Modification Requests (AMRs) in MyFunding to prevent avoidable delays in processing.
Examples of information for departmental research administrators to include are:
- Documents that require OSP signature (e.g., the award modification document, certification documents, etc.)
- Updated budgets for AMRs that include additional or revised funding
- All current compliance approvals (e.g., IRB, IACUC, etc.)
- A description of the request/modification in the comments section and points of contact if items need to be routed by OSP
