Federal Contracts contain terms and conditions (specific requirements) that must be included in Services Agreements regardless of dollar amount. Although Services Agreements are now being issued by Purchasing Services, the Office of Sponsored Programs is available to assist in determining what terms and conditions must be included in the agreement.
