Why is my outgoing subaward no longer visible on my Contraxx dashboard?

The Contraxx electronic subaward request form allows requesters to know the status of their outgoing subaward request on their dashboard.  When the subaward has been fully processed and executed, it will show as active on the dashboard.  Subawards that have expired (i.e. their period of performance has ended) will no longer appear on the dashboard.

If a subaward needs to be amended to extend the period of performance, a new subaward request will need to be submitted to the Office of Sponsored Programs by selecting “Create New Subaward Request” in Contraxx.
