Non-financial Agreements & Awards

Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) / NDA

CDAs and NDAs are agreements between a minimum of two parties which outlines information they wish to share for evaluation purposes, but restrict from wider use and dissemination. Continue to review more information and procedures concerning CDAs and NDAs.

Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)

Data Use Agreements (DUAs)

A contractual document used for transferring data that has been developed by nonprofit, government, or private industry, where the data is nonpublic or otherwise subject to some restrictions. Explore more information about their purpose on the DUAs page.
