In response to department user feedback, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has added a new feature to the Contraxx subaward system. Departments can now allow multiple administrators in their units to have access to all subaward requests associated with their departments. This will provide department administrator users with the ability to view and edit all subaward requests related to their department, even if they did not initiate the subaward request.
To request department access for an administrator, please email subawards@pitt.edu, and include the following information:
- Department Name
- Department Number
- First and Last Name of administrator needing department access
- Pitt username of administrator needing department access
