PERIS™ MyFunding “Email Specialist” Clarification

Departmental research administrators seeking to communicate with an Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) staff member should use the “Email Specialist” activity in MyFunding.

To respond to a school or department level reviewer comment or question, administrators should use the “Submit Changes To Department Reviewer” activity for Funding Proposals (FPs) or “Submit Clarifications” activity for Awards (AWDs).

Using the correct communication activity within MyFunding will prevent communication delays and ensure the correct office and audience are receiving the information.
